The Blue Lotus presents Mindfulness Meditation: A meditative journey with dōTERRA® Essential Oils
In this weekly affair, end your evenings off in a state of zen as we lead you into a mindfulness meditation to restore your energy, rebalance your mind and body, and relieve stress.
Each session over the weeks will shine the spotlight on a dōTERRA® CPTG essential oil specific to the week's mindfulness theme to support you on your journey towards finding inner peace.
The sessions will begin with a guided meditation by Sri Mulyadi to ease you into a state of relaxation, followed by a demonstration and hands-on workshop on using the featured essential oil to support your nighttime routine.
Our space is open to you every Thursday evening for a weekday wind-down, so come through, take a deep breath in, and get ready to relax.
**If you sign up as a dōTERRA member on your first visit with us, you'll pay the reduced rate of $38.00 for the session, which also includes a bottle of the essential oil featured in that week.

22 April 2021 (Thursday): Nighttime skincare by facial gua sha with dōTERRA® Lavender Touch™, an easy to use roll-on that provides soothing comfort to the skin while relaxing the mind.
29 April 2021 (Thursday): Pain relief by acupressure massage with dōTERRA® Peppermint Touch™ ft. dōTERRA® Deep Blue®, a topical roll-on known to lessen feelings of tension when applied to the temples or the back of the neck, and anywhere on the body to provide a cooling massage.
6 May 2021 (Thursday): Cleanse and purify in a skin repairing scalp and feet massage with dōTERRA® Tea Tree Touch™, a soothing and cooling roll-on applicator with clarifying and nourishing properties that promote healthy growth of the skin, hair, and nails.
