Refund policy
All fees paid for services and courses are non-refundable once fulfilled. Deposits are non-refundable upon enrolment.
In the event of a cancellation or change of an event, all deposits and/or service and course fees will be refunded on your original mode of payment.
Due to the nature of our product selection, all jewelry are non-returnable and non-exchangeable in the interest of hygiene.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so that we can evaluate and rectify the issue promptly.
Refunds on Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Goods
To be eligible for a return/refund, your item must be in the same condition that you had received it in, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase to lodge a return/refund request.
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and inform you on whether the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original mode of payment. Please understand that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
