Usui Reiki Level 1 is a foundational course which is perfect for those who are curious about the power of energy healing. 

The first level of Reiki introduces you to the ancient healing art of Reiki, where one will learn and explore the natural method of Reiki healing on all physical, emotional, and spiritual levels. An excellent introduction on how to activate the flow of Reiki energy through your hands, so you can embark on a journey of self-discovery and healing. 

Here at the Blue Lotus Singapore, we teach the traditional Usui method, open to individuals of all backgrounds and beliefs.

• Usui Reiki History and Background: Explore the origins and principles of Reiki.
• Reiki Attunements: You'll be receiving four attunements to activate your Reiki abilities.
• Balancing Techniques for the Chakra Energy System: Learn how to balance and harmonise the body's energy centres.
• Hands-On Healing Techniques: Discover practical hands-on techniques for administering Reiki treatments to yourself and others. Learn how to perform a full-body Reiki session, as well as specific techniques for targeting areas of imbalance or discomfort.
• Self-Care Practices: Explore the importance of self-care in the practice of Reiki and learn simple yet powerful techniques for self-healing and stress reduction. 
• First Aid Treatment: Discover how Reiki can be used for immediate relief and support and access a “first aid kit” in the palm of your hands;
• Giving Reiki to Others, Animals, and Plants: Extend your healing practice to loved ones, animals, and plants.
• Intuitive Healing Treatment: Develop your intuition and enhance your healing capabilities.
• Ethics and Professionalism: Learn how to create a safe and supportive healing environment for yourself and your clients.
