A 2-day journey into the remembrance, embodiment, and expression of your soul’s frequency
Embodied Frequencies is a 2-day sacred workshop space for remembering and expressing this inner truth. Light language is not something we "learn", it’s something we remember. It’s the multi-dimensional frequency of your soul, expressed through voice, movement, symbols, and energy. This workshop is a space for that remembering to unfold, an inner knowing that moves through you, naturally.
We will begin by understanding the importance of energy hygiene, integrity, and discernment as foundational pillars, ensuring your channel is clear, grounded, and sovereign as you open to higher frequencies. This journey is anchored in embodiment, not escape. Each transmission, each practice, is designed to bring you closer to your human, as a multidimensional being - not further away.
Then, we’ll explore the deeper layers of what light language truly is: not just sound or channeling, but the intelligence of energy in motion - a transmission from your higher self, your guides, and the unseen realms. You’ll be invited to tune into the felt sense of frequency through the body - learning how to listen, receive, and express from a space beyond the thinking mind.
This is a space where your light gets to land, where these frequencies are integrated.

- Somatic practices to sense and express frequencies through body movement, and gestures
- Creative exercises to express light codes through drawing and symbols

- A ceremonial closing to integrate what you’ve learned into your daily life
What to prepare for the session:
- Bring water bottle
- Bring a physical item that can support with anchoring (eg. Crystal, stone, etc)
- Pen & Journal
- A shawl or sweater in case it gets chilly
- Avoid alcohol 48 hours before
- Dress for comfort
